Homeowners, Private Renters & Landlords
You should fill out our quick application form if you fit the criteria below.
1. EPC Rating: D, E, F, G or no rating including expired
2. You or anyone in your household receives one of the following benefits:
- Universal Credit (UC)
- Income-based Jobseekers (JSA)
- Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- Pension Credits (savings or guaranteed)
- Working or Child Tax Credits
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Child Benefits
Or
3. If you do not receive benefits, you can still be eligible if any of the
following is true:
- Low income household of less than £31,000
- You or for anyone within your household that suffers from health conditions affected by the cold such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, cancer, limited mobility, neurobiological disease, or autoimmune and immunological disease
